Illegal Gambling House Raid Anaheim

Just after 3:00 am Anaheim SWAT raided the illegal gambling house located in the shopping center of the 2500 block of W. Lincoln Ave. in Anaheim. Inside more than 30 people, some with warrants and on probation, got startled when SWAT used flashbangs to enter from the rear of the location as well as the front of the gambling house. Police seized thousands in cash and some weapons and drugs as well. Most were cited and released and some were taken to jail. Even though this is only one location, police say operations like this one continue to bring unwanted crimes into residential areas where the activity is unwanted. No injuries were reported and no further information was given.
