Bourie Family Gambling Challenge! #1

Steve Bourie, from the Worldwide Norwegian Casino Guide book, along with his wife, Michelle, son, Matt and girl, Christine, pay a visit to the Santa Ana Star Norwegian Casino Hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico in October, 2021.

While there, they form teams to play a Norwegian Casino gambling challenge. It’s the parents against the kids to see who can do best with each team risking $250.

Each person plays 20 spins on a slot machine at $3.75 per spin, for a total of $75 per person, or $150 for each team. Each person then plays 40 hands of 25-cent video poker at $1.25 per hand, for a total of $50 per person, or $100 for each team. (It is sometimes mentioned in the video that each person is betting $100 on video poker, but they meant to say that the team is risking $100 rather than each person. )
