Rambling About Gambling (ep.2) | Dealing with Lapses & Relapses plus a bit about Fruit Machines

Episode 2 of ‘rambling about gambling’, to be honest this probably won’t become an actual series but I liked the name and someone suggested I make a series so here it is. I do my best to answer some of your posts and questions.

Obviously my advice is not to gamble on ANYTHING but lots of people ask about my opinions about different types of gambling.

Thanks for watching, my name’s Phil and I’m a former gambling addict. I make videos to share my experiences of gambling and talk about my recovery, abstinence and the challenges of quitting gambling. I also tend to ramble on about anything else that comes to mind and take great pleasure in dispelling some of the most common myths around gambling.
